WESTBROOK VILLAGE STORM DRAIN AND 24-INCH
WATERLINES (EN0003)
Project
Description
Phase 1 of this project is for the installation of storm drains
and 24-inch diameter waterlines in 91st Avenue, from Union Hills
Drive to Beardsley Road, and in Beardsley Road, from 87th Avenue
to Lake Pleasant Road. Modifications to the existing
basins adjacent to Beardsley Road will be constructed, and
disturbed areas will be re-landscaped.
Additionally, in Phase 2, there will be pavement restoration of
91st Avenue, from Union Hills Drive to Beardsley Road, and for Beardsley Road, from
83rd Avenue to 95th Avenue. The subsequent Beardsley Road Project
will address the remaining restoration from 95th Avenue and
Lake Pleasant Road.
The City
of Peoria is proposing to utilize the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act
(ARRA) funding for the pavement restoration from 83rd Avenue to
95th Avenue.

Status
Construction is proposed to begin in May 2009 and proposed to be
completed in the Summer 2010. Waterline work is completed.
Storm drain and basin work 100% complete. The basin
landscaping still needs to be completed.
