Project
Description
This project provides for the design and construction of the
privacy wall for Sun Aire Estates (Phase 1 and 2) and for the
utility coordination and relocation. The privacy wall is
to be constructed along the west side of 95th Avenue,
from approximately North Lane to Mountain View Road.

Status
Construction of the
wall began on November 15, 2010. The construction of the
wall has been completed, and the sidewalk has been widened.
The contractor has minor repairs to make in a few more
