Project
Description
This project plan designed the park in the third quarter of FY09. Bidding and construction of are to be completed in FY11.
Maintenance and operations begin in FY12. Standard neighborhood
park improvements include playgrounds, picnic areas, walking
paths, irrigated turf, landscaping, off-street parking and
miscellaneous improvements. The City intends to build this park
with many new environmental technologies as a showcase and
learning center for the community at large. Moved FY09 $45,347
development fee funds to FY11.

Project
Status
The City has
coordinated with the new contractor by inspecting the current
conditions of the park to determine how much time and effort
will be needed to complete the park. The park is expected
to be open summer 2012.
