Welcome to The Office of the City Attorney
Our Mission Statement:We are here to help the city comply with federal, state and local laws. We represent the city in all lawsuits. We prosecute city code and state law violations, oversee deferred prosecution, and give notice and assistance to crime victims. We purchase insurance for the city and manage our self-insurance program, manage claims and help departments work to reduce their risks.
