We are taking applications for the Spring 2009 series
Peoria
Leadership Institute Application Form
All Peoria residents age 18 or older are eligible to attend
Peoria Leadership Institute, however, class size is limited to provide the best possible
discussion environment. In the event the applicant pool exceeds the target class size
(18-24 participants), applicants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. In
this case, those not selected will be placed at the top of the applicant list for the next
session of Peoria Leadership Institute.
NOTICE: The City of Peoria is committed
