Part l – The Quantifiable Factors

This section of the report contains the seven measurable factors of the TAPE MEASURE system and the twenty-nine indicators that were selected to evaluate the financial, economic and demographic trends of the City of Peoria.  A brief description is provided for each of the seven factors.  Each indicator includes a summary description, trend description and commentary section, as well as the actual data and a graph to visualize the trend.

Twenty-five of the indicators provide comparable data, when available, from the cities of Avondale, Chandler, Flagstaff, Gilbert, Glendale, and Scottsdale, Arizona.  The remaining indicators include only information for the City of Peoria since comparable data from the other jurisdictions was not readily available.
