ADULT SPORTS

Adult Sports will be conducted on the dates outlined for each sport below.  Register at DCSB(Development & Community Services Building - Community Services, 9875 N. 85th Ave.   After the completion of team registration, a  MANDATORY managers meeting will be held to discuss league rules, Code of Conduct, and league format. Game schedules will be distributed at this time.  All teams registered for the Adult leagues are required to send a manager/representative to this meeting. Teams who are not represented will forfeit their first league game.  All meetings are conducted at DCSB(Development & Community Services Building - Community Services, 9875 N. 85th Ave.

ADULT SOFTBALL LEAGUES

Double header games are played once a week for a total of 14 regular season games followed by a post-season, single-elimination tournament. League play tentatively begins the week of October 6th, 2008. 

* New Team Registration Lottery:     Monday, September 29, 2008 at 6pm; DCSD Building - 9875 N. 85th Ave.  *** New teams must provide completed roster and form of payment to enter lottery. Teams will be selected at random. ***
Registration Fee:   $450/team

ADULT 8-MAN FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE
Teams will play games once a week for a total of 7 regular season games followed by a post season single-elimination tournament.  League play tentatively begins September 30th, 2008.

Game Location:  Rio Vista Park(101 & Thunderbird Rd.)
Registration Deadline:   Monday, September 15, at 5pm
Registration Fee:  $400 per team

ADULT BADMINTON
Registration is held on an individual basis.  Players show up at the program start time and sign up to play.  All leagues are open to men and women players.  Ladder play tentatively begins the week of September 29th, 2008.

Location:  Rio Vista Recreation Center(101 & Thunderbird Rd.)
New Team:  Monday, September 15th at 5pm
Registration Fee:  $50 per player / $30 per player for Rio Vista Pass Holders
Organizational Meeting:  Tuesday, September 23rd at 6pm

Double header games are played once a week for a total of 14 regular season games.  "Open" leagues are open to men and women players.  A team is comprised of 3 players.  A team is comprised of 3 players.  League play tentatively begins the week of September 29th, 2008.
