Peoria Police Issue Sex Offender Notifications

The Peoria Police Department’s Family Crimes Unit (FCU) has issued two (2) Sex Offender Notifications. Please see the narrative on each subject.

In 1992, John Biondo was convicted of attempted sexual assault after he broke into the home of a woman and began assaulting her. During the course of the crime the victim was able to break free and call police. Biondo fled out of a window as police arrived and was found hiding in a nearby dumpster.

En 1992, John Biondo fue condenado del asalto sexual intentado después de que él se rompió en la case de una mujer y comenzó a asaltarla. In 1999, Joe had sex with his then 15 year old girlfriend. He was prosecuted for Lewd and Lascivious Battery by the Collier County Court in Florida.

It is a violation of ARS 13-1202 to use this information to threaten, intimidate, or harass sex offenders.
