Eric Dale Novack and Carianne Elizabeth Denomme, both from Phoenix, were arrested late Tuesday after an investigation that began on Sunday, October 1, revealed they have been involved in several burglaries and thefts from homes for sale and a open house being held.

On October 1 at about 3:00 p.m., the two suspects entered a home where an open house was being held in the 25800 block of north 67th Lane in Peoria. According to the realtor, Novack distracted her while Denomme went throughout the remainder of the house. The realtor caught Denomme with a laptop computer in her hands and after being confronted she left the computer and they fled the area.

An investigation conducted by the responding patrol officers and detectives from the Property Crimes Units revealed these suspects were responsible for not only this burglary but several others in the Peoria, Glendale and Phoenix area. As a result of a search warrant, property from these burglaries was recovered. It appears, at this time, the suspects were working an area along Happy Valley Road in the northwest valley.

If you feel you are victim of these suspects, you are asked to call their local police department who will coordinate the information with our detectives.
