MISSING PERSON

VICTIM: Tabitha Ann Whitmer, DOB: 12-07-1983, W/F, 5’8 tall, 150 lbs, long brown hair, brown eyes. No clothing description

Tabitha Whitmer disappeared on June 8, 2006 at about 3:15 PM from her residence at 19000 N. Pierson Dr. Tabitha is 22 yrs of age, but her mother, Connie Blankenship has court ordered guardianship over her, due to slight mental retardation. Whitmer is described as a dependent adult with a diminished mental capacity and has been diagnosed with bi-polar disorder and epilepsy and is on prescribed medications. She does not have her medications with her; however, they are not life-sustaining medications. Tabitha was last seen wearing Khaki pants, white t-shirt and purple sandals. Her mother could not give any possible areas she may be.

On June 13 at 12:45 PM Whitmer called her mother from a phone number that was tracked to an address in the 7800 block of South Avenida Del Yaqui in Guadalupe. She called a second time stating she was in the area of Arizona Mills mall in Tempe.

Whitmer has left the residence in the past for varying amounts of time and has either returned or was located by police.
