Sex Offender Notifications Released The Peoria Police Department is releasing the following information pursuant to ARS 13-3825, the Community Notification on Sex Offenders Law, which requires law enforcement agencies to inform the public when the release of information will enhance public safety and protection. The individuals who appear on this notification have been convicted of a sex offense which allows for community notification and requires registration with the Maricopa County Sheriffs Department. They have served the sentence imposed on them by the courts and have advised the Maricopa County Sheriffs Department that they will be living at the location listed. Hair: Brown Eyes: Blue Vehicle: 1992 Saturn (white) 4 door In 2002, Gray was convicted of inserting his fingers into the vagina of a 14 year old female acquaintance while she was sleeping. Gray also video taped the victim while she slept and while she was naked. He exchanged cigarettes with her to observe and video her bare breasts. Gray also admitted to video taping a consenting adult in sexual acts with minor males and animals and selling the videos on the internet. Curtis Lee Wyatt 8909 W. Hatcher Peoria, AZ 85345 Age: 47 Height: 5’10” Weight: 265 lbs. Hair: Black Eyes: Brown Vehicle: 2002 Ford pickup (white) In 1986 Wyatt was convicted of indecent exposure and fondling a child in Dallas, Texas. Wyatt solicited a 14 year old female to his apartment for sex in exchange for money and candy. Wyatt then molested the girl, inserting his fingers in her vagina and touching her breasts. Wyatt was also convicted of drug charges and armed robbery in 1997. ### |
