Peoria Woman Listed as Missing, Endangered

The family of Margarita “Maggie” Salazar and the Peoria Police Department are asking for the public’s help in locating her.

Maggie was last seen at about 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26, 2005. She left her home in a 1986 Mazda, blue or grey in color, with an unknown license number.

Maggie has an IV attached to her arm in order to receive medication which she requires twice daily. However, she did not take her medication with her and her family says Maggie cannot survive without it.

Maggie Salazar is described as a 41-year-old Hispanic female, 5’2”, 227 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. She has several tattoos, including one on her left wrist, right ankle and both hands. Maggie was last seen wearing a black spandex shorts, a white shirt and black sandals.

Peoria Police Detectives entered Maggie into the NCIC computer as a missing/endangered person. Please contact the Peoria Police Department at 623-773-8311, if you have any information on the whereabouts of Margarita “Maggie” Salazar.
