Sex Offender Notification Issued by the Peoria

Hair: Black Eyes: Brown Vehicle: 2000 Ford 1/2 pickup brown) Arizona plate: 173HBB In 1986 Jonguitud molested his six year old step-daughter over a period of three to four months involving at least eight incidents. In 1990 he molested his three year old biological daughter and in 1993 he was sentenced to a 12 year prison term. The Peoria Police Department is releasing the following information pursuant to ARS 13-3825, the Community Notification on Sex Offenders Law, which requires law enforcement agencies to inform the public when the release of information will enhance public safety and protection. The individual who appears on this notification has been convicted of a sex offense which allows for community notification and requires registration with the Maricopa County Sheriffs Department. He has served the sentence imposed on him by the courts and has advised the Maricopa County Sheriffs Department that he will be living at the location listed. He is not wanted by the Peoria Police Department at this time. This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather, it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public. It is a violation of ARS 13-1202 to use this information to threaten, intimidate, or harass sex offenders. Citizens who violate this law will be subject to prosecution.
