MISSING PERSON VICTIM: Tabitha Ann Whitmer, DOB: 12-07-1983, W/F, 5’8 tall, 150 lbs, long brown hair, brown eyes. No clothing description On 01-22-06 at approximately 5:00 pm, Tabitha Ann Whitmer left her residence located at 19000 North Pierson Street in Peoria, Arizona for unknown reasons. She left the residence on foot and has no access to a vehicle. Whitmer is described as a dependent adult with a diminished mental capacity and has been diagnosed with bi-polar disorder and epilepsy and is on prescribed medications. She was scheduled to report for a new job at the Fry’s Grocery Store located at 9119 West Union Hills Drive on January 23,2006, but did not report.
