RECRUIT POLICE OFFICER The next police recruit orientation and test dates are scheduled as follows:   ORIENTATION TESTING Tips on the testing, interviewing, and the background process, along with information about the Peoria Police Department, and what to expect as a possible recruit while at the Police Academy. It is not required to attend the Orientation in order to attend the testing. The Orientation will be held at the Peoria Police Department located at 8351 W. Cinnabar Ave., Peoria All tests will be held at the Peoria Police Department located at 8351 W. Cinnabar Ave., Peoria. Check-in time will be between 6:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. No one will be admitted after 7:00 a.m., so please be prompt! Applications can be mailed to or dropped off directly at the Police Department, or faxed to 623-773-5028.
