Deputy Chief Rocky J. Smith Rocky Smith was promoted to Deputy Chief over the Special Services Division on December 1, 2005. He has over twenty years with the Peoria Police Department where he has served in a variety of assignments including patrol, traffic, and criminal investigations. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Wayland Baptist University, and is a graduate of the 189th Northwestern School of Police Staff and Command. He resides in Peoria with his wife Suzanne and their five children. |
