What's new:

Construction has started on the basins preparing them for new irrigation and turf grass.  Portions of the east basin are being enlarged so that park amenities can be placed in or on the edge of the west basin.  Negotiations with Hunter Contracting continue for a contract to construct the entire park site.

Background:

Council, on its May 1st 2007 meeting, approved a contract with Environmental Planning Group (EPG) to develop a master plan and  a design concept report for the West Wing Neighborhood Park.

The land is located on West Wing Parkway between High Desert Dr and Black Rock Blvd.
