Lone Mountain Road Segment Opens
Secondary Access for Vistancia Residents

The segment of Lone Mountain Parkway between El Mirage Road and the Loop 303 will now be a continuous roadway from Vistancia Boulevard to the Loop 303. Built by Vistancia developer Sunbelt Holdings, this latest segment provides a much needed and highly-anticipated secondary access to the Vistancia community. In addition to providing a secondary access to the residents of Vistancia, this new roadway provides significant opportunities for economic development in this key region of the city of Peoria.
