Staff, City Council Discuss Next Budget

Peoria's mayor and City Council will review the proposed budget for fiscal year 2013, which runs July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013, during public meetings in the Council Chamber, 8401 W. Monroe Street. The meetings will be at 5 p.m. on March 26, 27, 28; and if necessary at 9 a.m. on March 30. Arizona state law requires that municipalities must pass a balanced budget.
