Peoria Deputy City Manager Receives National Credentialing
Susan Daluddung, deputy city manager for the city of Peoria, recently received the Credentialed Manager designation from the International City/County Management Association.

“I congratulate Susan on earning this important designation, which demonstrates
her commitment to her profession.” said Carl Swenson, city manager for Peoria.
To receive the prestigious ICMA credential, a member must have significant
experience as a senior management executive in local government, have earned a
degree, preferably in public administration or a related field, and demonstrated
a commitment to high standards of integrity and to lifelong learning and
professional development.
Daluddung has a PhD. in Planning and Urban Studies, and a Master’s degree in
Urban Planning, both from Portland State University and an undergraduate degree
from Mankato State University in Minnesota. She joined the city of Peoria in
October, 2008 and currently oversees the Office of Communications, the Planning
and Community Development Department, the Community Services Department,
Economic Development Services, and the Engineering Department.
