Deadline for Next Year Not-for-profit Funding is Dec. 15
Letter of Intent Must be Submitted by Date

The city of Peoria will accept proposals for Fiscal
Year 2013 (July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2013) use of federal and city not-for-profit
grant funds beginning Tuesday, Jan. 3 through 5 p.m. Jan. 31. A Letter of Intent
– available online at
www.peoriaaz.gov/notforprofitgrants - must be submitted by 5 p.m., Dec. 15.
All applicants will be required to submit proposals on-line utilizing United
Way’s e-C Impact software. Training sessions on e-C Impact will be held in the
Development and Community Services Building, Point of View conference room, 9875
N. 85th Avenue on: Dec. 7 from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and Dec.12 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
for CDBG/HOME funds; and Dec. 7 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and Dec.12 from 3 p.m. to
4 p.m. for general fund grants. Registration is required. Call 623-773-7207 or

neighborhoodrevitalization@peoriaaz.gov. Interested applicants will
have the opportunity to ask questions during the optional Proposer’s Conference
on Jan.5 from 10 a.m. to noon or Jan. 12 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the same
location.
All agencies requesting funding will be required to present in person to the
Council Not-For-Profit Review and Housing Sub-Committee during the Proposer’s
Hearings in February 2012. Agencies will be notified in writing of the hearing
date and time.
