Peoria Residents Paid to Change Landscaping, Fixtures
Rebate Program Gives Cash for Installation of Water-Saving Features

The city of Peoria is offering incentives for residents looking for ways to reduce water consumption inside and outside of their homes. Residents can apply to receive a credit on their utility bill for installing the following water-saving features: Up to $250 for an irrigation controller/timer; $100 each for up to three high-efficiency toilets; $100 for a hot water recirculator; up to $1,650 for converting landscaping to Xeriscape; and $150 for a new home xeriscape landscape.
