Construction at 75th Avenue and Deer Valley Road
Travelers Should Expect Traffic Lane Restrictions and Delays

On Monday, contractors began work on a month-long construction project to improve the intersection of 75th Avenue and Deer Valley Road. Improvements include installing sidewalk ramps, modifying traffic signals, revising pavement markings, and installing an asphalt micro seal. When complete, the intersection will have new dual right-turn lanes for eastbound Deer Valley Road traffic turning south onto 75th Avenue. Access will be maintained for businesses, residents, and emergency vehicles although travelers should expect traffic lane restrictions and delays.
