Peoria offering FREE Small-Business Resource Seminar
Presentation on how to obtain a small-business loan in today’s economic market.

Peoria’s Economic Development Services Department is hosting a free small-business seminar from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday July 20th. Jeff Byers and Belinda Rosthenhausler, from National Bank of Arizona, will be talking about “Obtaining a Loan in Today’s Economic Climate”. Byers will discuss the process that banks are looking for. Rosthenhausler will talk specifically about the SBA loan process.

Jeff Byers is a Vice President/Commercial Banker for National Bank of Arizona. He has been with the Bank for 5 years and specializes in credit and deposit relationship management for small to middle-market businesses from a host of different industries. Jeff is a native of the Chicago suburb of Naperville, Illinois and a graduate of the Richard T. Farmer School of Business at Miami University, earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance. Jeff and his wife Sarah reside in Goodyear, Arizona.

Belinda Rosthenhausler is National Bank of Arizona’s Vice President of Small Business Administration (SBA) financing. As Business Development Officer, Belinda’s focus at NB|AZ is building and maintaining relationships with commercial real estate brokers and small business owners throughout Arizona. With over 13 years of pronounced success in the Arizona commercial real estate market, she has extensive experience in SBA, investment, multi-family and conventional commercial real estate financing. Belinda maintains a strong network with local business owners, investors and top commercial real estate industry leaders.

The City of Peoria’s Economic Development Services department is designed to expedite and facilitate economic development activities in Peoria. Included in the Department are three divisions, Business and Real Estate Development, Site Development, and Building Development, encompassing the building and ongoing permitting functions for the city.
