Weekly Passes Let Out-of-Towners Exercise at Rio Vista

Short-term visitors to Peoria can take advantage of a one-week pass to the city’s Rio Vista Recreation Center. Whether in town for Spring Training, to visit family or for another reason, folks can maintain their fitness regimens at the city’s state-of-the-art facility. Passes include access to fitness classes and equipment, racquetball courts, the gymnasium, the indoor track, the climbing wall and a game room. A weekly pass is just $15 for adults and $10 for youths. The center is at 8866 W. Thunderbird Road in Rio Vista Community Park, just around the corner from the Peoria Sports Complex and the city’s Entertainment District.
