designs from planks of wood. It is one of the oldest methods of making prints
from a relief surface, having been used in China to decorate textiles since the
5th century AD.
Located inside Peoria City Hall, the museum hours are Monday, Tuesday and
Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursdays from noon until 6 p.m. Visitors who
complete a questionnaire will receive a limited edition, 4” by 6” woodcut image
of a dragon.
