Applying for a City of Peoria Tax or Occupational License through eTax
The City's eTax solution allows you to apply for a tax or occupational license on-line through its eTax portal. To help the applicant complete the on-line application, we've developed a series of slides to guide you through the screens you'll see on-line. You can view the instructions in either PDF or PPT (Microsoft PowerPoint) formats.
On-line payment is required to complete the application. The on-line application is received through an overnight process; you will receive an email in the morning confirming receipt of the application and payment and let you know your account number.
Here are the links to the pages where you'll find the links to the other documents that must be completed prior to the City's issuance of the license. (If you are completing the primary application through eTax there won't be any need to complete the paper form (#1) on each of these pages). When the paper forms are completed and signed (add your account number that you received in the email if applying on-line for the main application), you may fax the forms back to the City at 623-773-7159 or you may scan the forms and email back to the City at salestax@peoriaAZ.gov.
