Old Town Peoria Traffic Study
The Planning and Community Development completed the Old Town Peoria Revitalization Plan (OTPRP) in 2009. The Plan was adopted by the City Council in December of 2009. The overarching purpose of the OTPRP was to establish the necessary framework and a multi-faceted approach to spur revitalization within the Old Town Peoria. In order to accomplish this goal a comprehensive circulation plan is needed to link land use and transportation within this study area.
