City of Peoria Arizona City Code (1992)
The City Code is the complete organized set of laws enacted by the City. The City has separate codes from the City Code for Zoning and Sales Tax. The City Code is published in hard copy and electronically by the Office of the City Attorney.
The City Code contains 26 Chapters divided by Title. Each chapter contains sections that address particular issues related to the Title Subject. As part of each chapter there is a Table of Contents linked to the actual section.
Please note, our ongoing work on codification of new ordinances is complete for council actions effective through June 30, 2011. Therefore, you should contact the City Clerk's office for the most current ordinance on a topic. Non-codified ordinances can be located on the City Clerk's website. We welcome your use and trust that this document will further improve our services to our ultimate customer, the Citizens of Peoria.
Sincerely Yours,
Stephen M. Kemp
City Attorney
