Start Service:
Services may be started with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. There is a $28.00 set-up fee that will be reflected on your first bill.
Homeowners: For faster service, please have the following information available:
Escrow/Title company information/Date of closing (i.e. Escrow #, Company name and phone number, etc.)
Homeowner name/Address/Home phone number
Alternate phone number (if applicable)
Social security number
Employer name/Employer phone number (if applicable)
Call 623-773-7160 or visit the Customer Service Center in Peoria City Hall, located at 8401 W. Monroe to start service.
Landlords:
A person who owns residential unit(s) for rent in the city of Peoria must obtain a business license and remit the appropriate tax. Click here for the Sales Tax Peoria License Checklist web page. Landlords must also be registered with Maricopa County (click here to access the Maricopa County website)

Renters/Tenants: For faster service, please have the following information available:
Signed lease/rental agreement
Completed “Application for Service-Tenant” form (click here)
$225 deposit
You may visit the Customer Service Center in Peoria City Hall, located at 8401 W. Monroe to start service.
Or you may fax your lease and application to 623-773-7159 and then call 623-773-7160 to pay the required deposit with a credit card.

Stop Service:
To stop water or sewer service, you will need to contact the Customer Service Center.
The Customer Service Center can be reached via phone, Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM at 623-773-7160. You may also visit the Customer Service Center in Peoria City Hall, located at 8401 W. Monroe, Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
