Rio Vista Recreation Center Pass Fees

The floor monitors and personal trainers take the time to get to know you and make you want to reach your goals. The facility is great but it's the people that make it fantastic."

The Rio Vista Recreation Center offers different types of passes so that patrons can choose one that works best for them. Monthly passes are recommended for anyone visiting the facility more than five times a month. Annual passes equate to three free months versus paying the monthly rate.
If you are a visitor to Peoria or unsure of the number of times you will utilize the facility, the daily rate offers you the opportunity to access the amenities below by paying per visit. Whatever option works best for you, we hope you enjoy your time with us!
- Initial purchase must be in person at the Rio Vista Recreation Center. Passes can be renewed at the center, by phone or online by using a credit card.
- All adults,18 and older on the account must sign waiver on application. If more than two adults in a household, an additional waiver must be attached.
- One adult may bring in signed forms and payment for entire account, pictures and fingerprint can be taken at a later date . Please allow time for picture and fingerprint to be taken of each pass holder present.
- Planning to bring in a group for a daily visit, please download the Daily Group Information and Roster form and have the form filled out and signed prior to visiting the center to expedite the process.
- Minors 13 and older, who come without an adult, should have a minor wavier on file at the center. Click here to download minor waiver

Youth 4 and under do not need a pass. The Kids Corner is available for child care for ages 18months-7 or child must be under parent/ guardian's supervision at all times in the center. View the Kids Corner page for fees and policies.
Pass Category Information
Resident Rate: If where you permanently reside or live is located within the corporate limits of the City of Peoria and you pay property taxes to the City , you are eligible for the resident rate. proof of residency is required at the time of registration. Acceptable proof is a copy of your property tax statement showing the physical location of your residence or we can look this up at www.maricopa.gov
2 Person Rate: Any 2 people residing at the same address within the corporate limits of City of Peoria. At least one person must be over the age of 18.
Family Rate: At least one adult and up to a total of 6 family members residing at the same address within the corporate limits of City of Peoria. Additional individuals in the household are charged the appropriate fee.
Corporate Rate: Businesses are eligible to have up to 10 employees (full or part-time) on a corporate pass. Business must be located within the corporate limits and pay property taxes to the City of Peoria. One representative is required to make one payment on a business check or credit card and provide a list of eligible employees.
