City of Peoria Residential Care Water Rate Schedule*
The Residential Care customer classification applies to one or more dwelling units, attached or detached, served by a single or “master” water meter, in which more than one person or family may reside on either a temporary or permanent basis for the purpose of receiving medical, physical, mental, or personal care assistance. Examples include, but are not limited to, assisted living centers or complexes, nursing homes, care centers, and group homes.
