VISTANCIA ZONE 4/5 RESERVOIR AND BOOSTER PUMP STATION EXPANSION

Project
Description
This project will expand an existing reservoir and booster pump station that
provides the primary water source for Vistancia. Water is
stored at the site and pumped to Zones 4 and 5 of the City of
Peoria potable water distribution system. The main
components of the project include:

2.5
million gallon steel reservoir

One pump
to be added to each of Zones 4 and 5 booster stations

Electrical improvements, including a new generator

Improvements to the chlorine system

On-site
piping
-
Pressure
reducing valve connecting Zone 5 to Zone 4
This
project also includes upgrading the programming of the system's
supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system to
current City standards.
