Financed by the
Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA)

Program:  The funding for this work was made possible through the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA) of Arizona and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009.  This project will help put people back to work and potentially create new jobs.

Project Scope:  The Pinnacle Peak Road 16-inch Waterline - 82nd Avenue to New River, Capital Improvement Project UT00278, is the third section of a waterline project that will provide service to the northern areas of the City that are located east of the Agua Fria River.  The first section of the project was completed in 2006 from the 83rd Avenue intersection east to 82nd Avenue.  The second section of the project was completed in early 2009 fronting the Tuscany Ridge Estates development from New River to 73rd Avenue.  The final section will complete the waterline loop from 82nd Avenue across New River.
