Northern and 95th Avenues Trunk Sewer Repairs

Financed by the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA)

Program:  The funding for this work was made possible through the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA) of Arizona and American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009.  These projects will help put people back to work and potentially create new jobs.

Project Scope:  Capital Improvement Project UT00292 (Section A) will repair approximately 4,500 feet of 36-inch sewer line and nine (9) manholes on Northern Avenue between 91st and 99th Avenues.  The repairs will consist of installing a cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) liner, and will require installing bypass pumps to divert all of the sewer flows in the line while the repairs are being made.
