Village Storm Drain and 24-inch Waterlines
Project
Description
Phase 1 of this project is for the installation of storm drains
and 24" diameter waterlines in 91st Avenue from Union Hills
Drive to Beardsley Road and in Beardsley Road from 87th Avenue
to 95th Avenue. Both roadways will be restored with a
pavement overlay over the same limits of construction.
Additionally, in phase 2, there will be an extension of the 24"
diameter in Beardsley Road from 95th Avenue to Lake Pleasant
Road. The roadway restoration will be a replacement of the
disturbed areas. The subsequent Beardsley Road Project
(11) will address a comprehensive pavement reconstruction.

Status
Currently, the design is being finalized and the
project is soliciting Construction Managers for construction of
the project. Construction is proposed to begin in January
2009 and proposed to be completed in the Fall 2009.
Utility relocation work has commenced and will continue to be
underway through January 2009, the beginning of construction.
