SUN AIRE ESTATES PRIVACY WALL (EN00277)

Project Description
This project provides for the design and construction of the privacy wall for Sun Aire Estates (Phase 1 and 2) and for the utility coordination and relocation.  The privacy wall is under design, and to be constructed along the west side of 95th Avenue from approximately North Lane to Mountain View Road.

Project Status

A public meeting was held December 10, 2009 to determine the location of the wall, type of wall material, color and pattern.  The wall will be located behind the sidewalk and will be constructed of a 4-inch masonry fence block, with a medium brown integrally colored block with split-face accents.

Potholing location and depth of existing utilities was conducted February 8 - 12, 2010.
