PINNACLE PEAK ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE; 99TH AVENUE TO 107TH AVENUE (EN00151 & EN00134)

Project Description
Design and right-of-way acquisition for Pinnacle Peak Road and Drainage improvements.  Includes design for 102nd Avenue and 104th Avenue, from Ironwood Subdivision to Pinnacle Peak Road.

Storm drainage will be collected along the north side of Pinnacle Peak Road, from 99th Avenue westerly towards the Ironwood Wash (103rd Avenue Alignment), and discharge through the Ironwood Subdivision. A storm water storage basin will be constructed on the south side of Pinnacle Peak Road, between 102nd Avenue and 104th Avenue, on either side of the Ironwood Avenue Wash, to control the discharge through the Ironwood Subdivision.

Storm drainage construction will follow completion of the design and right-of-way efforts.  Presently, roadway construction is not scheduled.
