Lake Pleasant Mobile Home Park Estates Rehabilitation

Project Description
 The City of Peoria recently completed the rehabilitation of the streets within the areas bounded by 107th Avenue on the east, 109th Avenue on the west, Sack Drive on the south and Palm Tree Drive on the north, known as the Lake Pleasant Mobile Home Park Estates.

A final phase was added to the project for the installation of landscaping and an irrigation system along the 107th Avenue between Palm Tree Drive and Sack Drive.  The landscape/irrigation plans were designed by the Engineering Department in-house and have been completed.  Installation of the landscaping and irrigation system is scheduled to be completed this fall.
