ARRA Pavement Preservation Project

Project Description

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Pavement Preservation Project will restore the pavement surface and incorporate bike lanes for several roadway segments prioritized in a list below. Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) is responsible for administering the City of Peoria’s ARRA program.  ADOT has selected AMEC Earth and Environmental to administer the program on their behalf. This Pavement Preservation Project is being conducted in this manner in the interest of facilitating the necessary federal regulatory requirements to appropriately qualify the project for ARRA funding.
