A motion was made by Mychal 
McCormick to approve the minutes 
of the November 20, 2007, regular 
meeting. The motion was seconded 
by Robert Belanger and, upon vote, 
carried unanimously.

3R	MINUTES

Discussion and possible action to approve  minutes from August 7, 2007 carried over from the 
October 9, 2007 meeting.
A motion was made by Tyler Ashcroft to approve the minutes of the August 7, 2007 meeting 
carried over from the October 9, 2007 meeting. The motion was seconded by Robert Belanger and, 
upon vote, carried unanimously.
4R	CHRISTMAS ANGEL PROGRAM

Discussion and possible action on schedule for Christmas Angel shopping and delivery carried 
over from November 20, 2007.
A motion was made by Mychal McCormick to go shopping on December 22, 2007 at 3:00p.m. at 
Walmart located on 83rd and Union Hills and then go to Rio Vista Recreation Center to wrap 
presents. The motion was seconded by Robert Belanger and, upon vote, carried unanimously.
