ROLL CALL:

MINUTES: Discussion and possible action to approve minutes from May 8, 2007 
regular meeting.  A motion was made by Jared Hummel to approve the minutes of 
the May 8, 2007, regular meeting. The motion was seconded by Mychal McCormick 
and, upon vote, carried unanimously.

DISPOSITION OF ABSENCE: Discussion and possible action to excuse the absences 
of; Aya Nameth-concert, Tyler Ashcroft-concert, Julia Babler-work, Alex Borton-
unknown, Jarod Derrick-unknown, Ricky Granison-unknown, Julia Grose-unknown, 
Kristen Matheson-volleyball.  A motion was made by Mychal McCormick not to excuse 
the members listed above for unknown reasons and to excuse those with reasons.  
The motion was seconded by Jared Hummel and, upon vote, carried unanimously.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

1. Review and Take Possible Action on Board Annual Leadership Retreat, August 
10-11, Camp Pinerock, Prescott.  A motion was made by Jared Hummel to have the 
Leadership Retreat, August 10-11 at Camp Pinerock in Prescott.  The motion was 
seconded by Robert Belanger and, upon vote, carried unanimously

2. Discuss Youth Advisory Board attendance at the City Council Meetings

3. Discuss 4th of July Fundraising event, Mychal McCormick

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Review and Take Possible Action on July meeting. A motion was made by Robert 
Belanger not to have a July meeting due to summer vacations.  The motion was 
seconded by Mychal McCormick and, upon vote, carried unanimously.
