4R	RATIFICATION OF PAST ACTION TAKEN IN VIOLATION OF THE OPEN MEETING LAW:
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.05, discussion and possible action to ratify the actions of the Veterans 
Memorial Board that may have been taken in violation of the Open Meeting Law. These actions 
occurred on March 11, 2008 in the Riverside Conference Room of the Rio Vista Recreation Center and 
involved: 

Discussion, motion, and vote to initiate steps for the removal of Mr. Anthony Foglio from the 
Veterans Memorial Board.

Discussion and possible action item to initiate the steps for the removal of Mr. Anthony Foglio from the 
Veterans Memorial Board via a recommendation to the City Council pursuant to Sec. 2-154 (d) of the 
Peoria City Code (1992) or via a recommendation to the Council Subcommittee on Boards and 
Commissions Appointments.

5R	PEORIA VETERANS RECOGNITION (“FUN RUN”) EVENT:
1.	Discussion and possible action item regarding the proposed program of events for the 
Peoria Veterans Recognition (“Fun Run”) Event anticipated for November 8, 2008 at the Rio 
Vista Recreation Center.
2.	Discussion and possible action item regarding potential commercial advertising for the 
Peoria Veterans Recognition (“Fun Run”) Event at the Rio Vista Recreation Center.

6R	FUTURE DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE VETERANS MEMORIAL WALL:
Discussion and possible action item regarding the architectural planning of future design services for 
the Veterans Memorial Wall at the Rio Vista Recreation Center.

7R	NEW SIGNAGE FOR THE VETERANS MEMORIAL WALL:
Discussion and possible action item regarding the acquisition and placement of new signage promoting 
the Veterans Memorial Wall at the Rio Vista Recreation Center.

8R	VETERAN & CIVILIAN SERVICE CLUBS:
1.	Discussion and possible action item regarding the Veterans Memorial Board drafting a letter 
to Peoria-based Veterans and Civilian Service Clubs regarding the Veterans Memorial Wall.
2.	Discussion and possible action item regarding the method for collecting and archiving 
Peoria-based Veteran and Civilian Service Club contact information for letter distribution.

9R	PLAQUE EVENTS FOR THE VETERANS MEMORIAL WALL:
Discussion and possible action item to review and modify the wording of wartime events planned for 
the Veterans Memorial Wall:
