Approved the minutes from the 02/12/08 meeting. 3C NEW SPONSORSHIP: Discussion and possible action to review and approve new sponsorship for Veterans Memorial Wall. Approved new sponsorship form submitted by the VFW Post 10695. REGULAR AGENDA 4R BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE: Discussion and possible action of board meeting schedule during summer months of 2008. Approved summer month board meeting schedule. 5R PEORIA VETERANS RECOGNITION EVENT: Discussion and possible action regarding the Peoria Veterans Recognition Event (“Fun Run”). Carried over. 6R FUTURE DESIGN SERVICES: Discussion and possible action of architectural planning for future design services. Carried over. 7R SIGNAGE FOR THE VETERANS MEMORIAL WALL: Discussion and possible action of signage featuring the Veterans Memorial Wall at the Rio Vista Recreation Center.
