Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-
431.05, discussion and 
possible action to ratify the 
actions of the Council 
Subcommittee on Boards 
and Commissions 
Appointments that may have 
been taken in violation of the 
Open Meeting Law.  These 
actions occurred on March 
28, 2008 in the Lake 
Pleasant Conference Room 
and involved:

A discussion, motion, and 
vote to remove Ken 
Feldman, a regular member, 
from the Historic 
Preservation Commission.  

A discussion, motion, and 
vote to appoint Steve Poe, 
as a regular member to the 
Historic Preservation 
Commission, to fill a partial 
term to expire December 
2008; filling the vacancy 
created by the resignation of 
William Schindler.


A discussion, motion, and vote to appoint Karen Garbe, as a regular member to the Historic 
Preservation Commission, to fill a partial term to expire December 2010; filling the vacancy that would 
have been created by the removal of Ken Feldman.
