*CU07-17:  A Conditional Use Permit is requested for Essence Day Spa (c/o Mihail 
Pavel), 20403 North Lake Pleasant Road, Suite 119, to establish a 
massage establishment within the Ventana Lakes Village Center at the 
northeast corner of Lake Pleasant Road and Beardsley Road.  The 
property is more particularly described as Maricopa County Assessor 
Parcel Number (APN) 200-14-960.
