*MINUTES:  Regular Meeting –August 16, 2007

*DISPOSITION OF ABSENCE: Approve the absences of Commissioners Marc Melbo, John Gerard 
and Anne Wojcik. from the August 16, 2007 Meeting.


CONSENT, NEW BUSINESS:

1.	*CU 06-27: A Conditional Use Permit is being requested for Panda Express, 
represented by the ITRA Group, 556 N. Diamond Bard Blvd, #304A, Diamond Bar, CA 
91765. The request is to allow outdoor dining as an ancillary use for Panda Express, 
to be located at SEC Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley Road, within the Lake 
Pleasant Center (Mountainside Crossing) Planned Area Development, on Assessor 
Parcel Number (APN) 201-16-007F.

2.	*CU 07-09:  A Conditional Use Permit is being requested for Martha’s Daycare, 
to be located at 10203 N. 87th Lane, Peoria, AZ 85345, on Assessor Parcel Number 
(APN) 142-37-925, to permit the operation of child day care within a single-family 
dwelling unit.

3.	*CU 07-14: A Conditional Use Permit is being requested for Massage Werx (c/o 
David Sparks), to be located within the Plaza Town Center at 9191 W. Thunderbird Rd., 
Suite #101, Peoria, AZ 85381, on Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 230-09-427 / 428, to 
operate a therapeutic massage establishment.
