motion to approve the items

2008 meeting.  Diana Bedient 
seconded the motion, and, 
upon vote, the motion carried 
unanimously.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

3R	CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FISCAL YEAR 2009

Discussion and possible action to approve the Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Year 2009.  
Diana Bedient made a motion to recommend the Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Year 2009.  
Carol Ulshoeffer seconded the motion and, upon vote, the motion carried unanimously.

NEW BUSINESS:

4R	FLETCHER HEIGHTS PARK NORTH - TRAFFIC

Discussion and update regarding residents’ concerns about traffic around the Fletcher Heights Park 
North (located at 7877 W. Hillcrest Blvd.) brought up during the call to the public (non-agenda items) at 
the February 28, 2008 meeting.  No action was taken.

5R	FLETCHER HEIGHTS PARK NORTH - AMENITIES

Discussion and update regarding residents’ concerns about park amenities at the Fletcher Heights 
Park North (located at 7877 W. Hillcrest Blvd.) brought up during the call to the public (non-agenda 
items) at the February 28, 2008 meeting.  No action was taken.

Your comments pertaining to the Parks and Recreation Board business are welcome.  However, if you

authorized by state law to discuss or take action on any issue raised by public comment until a later 
meeting.  No public was present for comment.

There being no further business to come before the Board, Jon Sears made a motion to adjourn.  
Diana Bedient seconded the motion and the meeting was adjourned at 7:46 p.m.
