Under the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-0431.02 there will be an Open Public Meeting of the Board 
of Directors of The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Peoria, Arizona (the 
"Authority") for the Board of Directors to discuss, consider and take legal action on the

1.	Consideration and adoption of a Resolution authorizing and approving the issuance of not 
to exceed $5,250,000 of the Authority’s revenue bonds, to be issued in one or more tax exempt 
and taxable series, to provide financing assistance to Arizona Baptist Retirement Centers, Inc. for 
new assisted living facilities at its Northeast Phoenix Campus.  FINAL APPROVAL 
GRANTED
2.	Financial report and approval of payables.  APPROVED
3.	Other business as may properly come before the Board of Directors.
