Under the provisions of A.R.S. § 38-0431.02 there will be an Open Public Meeting
of the Board of Directors of The Industrial Development Authority of the City of 
Peoria, Arizona (the "Authority") for the Board of Directors to discuss, consider 
and take legal action on the following agenda items, as follows:

Discussion and approval of Minutes of Board of Directors’ meeting of June 21, 2006.

NEW BUSINESS 


1.	Consideration of Application of Arizona Baptist Retirement Centers, Inc. 
(“ABRC”) for the issuance of not to exceed $5,250,000 of the Authority’s revenue 
bonds to finance construction of new assisted living facilities for seniors at 
ABRC’s Baptist Village – Northeast Phoenix, Inc. Campus and adoption of a resolution 
preliminarily approving the issuance of bonds.
2.	Financial report and approval of payables.
3.	Election of Officers.
4.	Other business as may properly come before the Board of Directors.
